Fantastic Stay at an iconic venue!
This was my third time staying at River Street Inn and I loved everything about it. It’s perfectly situated to catch the ferry, go for a morning run along the water, and grab a bite. Ivy and the staff team are extremely kind and do a great job in checking on you. The room was very clean, with great views and a very warm atmosphere. I already booked another trip back here in June because it’s such a great spot. Highly recommend!

Savannah at the River Street Inn
Tremendous atmosphere. Helpful staff. Manager's happy hour with Bradley was a daily treat. Situated in the historic district within easy walking distance of the must-see Savannah attractions.
My favorite hotel ever!The hotel and its staff made our trip extra special and memorable. Cassandra at the front desk always made our day with her energy and enthusiasm, Geo in housekeeping was so helpful and kind as was Brad at the Manager's reception. We loved all the little extras the hotel provided to make us feel like VIPs!
PS: the beds in our room were the most comfortable ever - thank you.
Awesome location and gorgeous viewStaff and amenities are wonderful. Tiffany helped out everyone warmly and efficiently. The hotel is located right on the water and is easily walkable.
Southern HospitalityWhen planning my first-time visit to Savannah, my daughter-in-law recommended staying at the River Street Inn. I immediately looked them up online and was very impressed with what I saw so I booked two rooms for my family and me. The River Street Inn did not disappoint! From the moment I walked into the hotel, I felt the friendly yet professional atmosphere that was pervasive throughout the Inn and its staff. The room was beautiful and exceeded my expectations. The staff couldn't have been more helpful in answering any questions I had. Even the valet parking system worked seamlessly! The Inn was centrally located and walking to amazing restaurants and tourist attractions was quite easy. I can't imagine staying any place else on my return to Savannah. Kudos to the Inn on River Street!!
SuperbWe had an incredible stay at the River Street Inn. The hotel staff went above and beyond. We were celebrating several milestones, and they made sure to make our stay extra special. The staff was very knowledgeable on the Inns history and provided excellent reccomendations on activities in Savannah. The hotel and room decor fits with the historical theme and was very clean and quiet. We will stay here again on our next trip!
A tip of the hat to staff.The staff really showed what “Southern Hospitality.” Ivy, Jessica, the other front desk staff all were so great giving us tips where to go around Savannah. They also gave us great suggestions on parking. Also want to say the cleaning staff all put the shine and polish on. This place is beautiful. Thank you!
Great locationMy husband, one year old and myself stayed here for a quick trip to explore Savannah and it was such a wonderful stay. Locations was perfect! Near shopping, restaurants, and perfect for exploring historic Savannah. The room was very clean and quiet which was nice since at the river there is a lot of live music, but from inside the room my daughter was able to sleep soundly by 8pm and the music totally was stopped by 11pm. The hotel has a candy bar and other events that were a nice treat. Will definitely be staying here again!
